Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at service@southsidebrands.com, and let us know your full name on your order and your order number. Once we receive your email, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return Due To Change Of Mind

Southside Brands will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 30 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.

Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense and customers will be required to arrange their own shipping.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

(Southside Brands) will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

Warranty Returns

 

Southside Brands will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 30 days of receipt of items.

Customers will be required to pay for the return shipping.

Upon return receipt of items for a warranty claim, you can expect Southside Brands to process your warranty claim within 7 days.

Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

(a) refund to your payment method

(b) a refund in-store credit

(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
